Axcel has signed an agreement to sell Delete Group to German family-owned REMONDIS Group, which is well known for its recycling, service and water management activities.

Headquartered in Helsinki, Finland, Delete Group is a leading Nordic provider of specialised cleaning and sewer services for the industrial, real estate and public sectors. Since Axcel invested in Delete Group in 2013, the Finnish company has expanded into the Swedish market, where today it holds a strong position within cleaning services for a broad range of sectors.

The transaction is expected to be completed in Q2 2023.
